ReGear.com is focused on ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We are therefore happy to provide a 14-Day Money Back Return Policy if your are unsatisfied with an item purchased on this site.

We are confident in both our products and exceptional customer service and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

Exchanges and Returns

You may exchange or return your order for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. By returning an item, you are agreeing to the return policy terms and conditions listed below:

a) To return the product you must contact our customer service department to be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, valid for 7 days. The RMA number must be printed on the return package as we are unable to process returns/exchanges without this number.

b) To receive a refund or exchange, the returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, undamaged, clean, and in the original vendor packaging (Undamaged, torn, ripped, soiled) with all tags and parts included. If a return fails to meet the above requirements the return may be declined or subject to a restocking fee, up to 25%, based on the condition of the returned merchandise as determined by ReGear.com.   Additionally, if a returned package is accepted by ReGear.com after the 14 day return period ReGear.com, at its sole discretion, may impose a 25% restock fee. 

c) Orders with custom printing or engraving are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

d) Products listed as "Sale" or from "Daily Deals" sites are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

e) All item returns are final; by returning an item you acknowledge acceptance of our Return and Exchange Policy.

f) Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.The reason for returning or exchanging an item MUST be detailed and included in your RMA number request.

g) If your order  included "Free shipping" we will refund the amount minus $3.99 to cover our original shipping costs. This amount is in addition to any restocking fees.
